Clear Coat Restoration
Differs from clear coat scratch removal, in that the focus is on a full panel, or section of a panel to remove marring, swirl marks, holograms and fine/micro scratches, returning the surface to a beautiful finish, thats super smooth and a brilliant shine.
Correction Process
- Bilt Hamber Cleanser Fluid: Strips away any waxes to leave the clear coat exposed.
- Bilt Hamber Medium Clay: Every panel is clayed to remove fine contaminants like iron particulates and tar.
- Koch Chemie F6.01 (Fine Cut): An "intelligent" machine polish designed to quickly remove marring.
- Koch Chemie M2,02 (Micro Cut): Uses extremely homogeneous abrasives to permanently remove "holograms" and the finest scratches (up to P4000).
- Menzerna 3800 (Finishing Polish): A high-gloss, water-based polish specifically designed with show cars in mind.
- Bilt Hamber Double Speed Wax: Enhances the gloss for the ultimate superior shine, extending durability from 6 to 8-10 months, due to the wax having a perfect bond with the clear coat.

This specific combo of products results in an increase in time between maintenance washes - up to 6+ months (manufacturers figure), but under normal driving conditions, around 8 months.
